		<description>Fantastic stuff. Thanks so much for the pictures and concise description of how to tape hands for pullups. These stretches will be great, too. I always felt like my wrist stretches were too intense before. The ones you showed seem much more manageable.</description>

Liquid bandage is best applied to dry skin.  Clean your cuts and tears thoroughly and pat dry before putting the liquid bandage on. If you feel like you need antibiotic ointment, put that on and use a regular bandage.</description>
