I get a lot of people asking me for some basic yoga poses that they can do to improve their flexibility for Crossfit. Here is a short 7 minute video of my friend Yelimar doing some basic poses that you can do every day after your workout. You can even do this short practice when you wake up and before you go to bed. The more you do it, the easier it will get. Practice along with the video a few times until you have the basic sequence down. When you are practicing on your own, try to hold each posture for 5 long, slow, deep breaths. It’s pretty straightforward, but if you have any questions, please feel free to post them to the comments.
