8 rounds of Sandbag Thrusters

Jump Rope challenged

I was thinking of coming for the 7pm today, but then I saw the work out: I can't actually jump rope regularly, let alone double unders. *gulp*

That's no reason not to come to class. I will teach you to jump rope. It's easy.
