Holly handstand
Holly shows us her handstand.

No class tonight.

If you are playing along at home do 10 minutes of Handstand practice, 3 minutes of L-sit practice and 10 minutes of Pistol Practice. 

5 rounds of "Cindy" for time:
5 Pull-ups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
