Our endurance programming is offered in collaboration with the lovely folks at NYC Endurance, who run all kinds of amazing classes and events!
Endurance Classes
We currently offer technique and interval training classes for biking, running, and rowing. Please check our schedule page for class times!
Training Programs
We offer event-specific training programs for marathons, triathlons, iron man competitions, adventure races, rowing events (such as the CRASH-B’s,) and can put together a program for pretty much any event you’d like to participate in!
