CrossFit Moms!

babiesAre you a new mom looking to get in shape?  Stop by on Saturdays at 1pm for our hour-long beginners class designed just for new moms.  Non-ambulatory babies are welcome to spectate!

The program is designed to help new moms regain and build strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. This type of training is good for the body and soul! Each class will be led by a CrossFit-certified coach.

Common Questions

Why strength? I’m a mom, not a football player!
By building strength, new mothers will be better equipped to carry and play with their children, in addition to making the inevitable carrying of gear, toys, and carriages easier.

I’m really not in very good shape. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. We are used to working with people of varying abilities and age.  We start slow, teaching new movements and making sure clients have a firm grasp of the fundamentals of CrossFit before gradually ramping up the intensity so that you can achieve the results you desire.

How much does it cost?
$20 per class. Your first class is free!

Only once a week?
Come try it out. Once you gain some experience with the movements, you might want to come to some of our regular classes during the week. If there is sufficient interest, we may expand the CrossFit Moms program to several days per week.

    Sharon,

You can definitely still take the class! We mostly just can’t currently accommodate babies that can run fast enough to get themselves into trouble before someone can chase after them 😉 Crawling babies are fine!

    Hope you can make it!
