CrossFit Virtuosity Gymnastics Series: Hand Balancing Basics

Spend some time upside down with Coach Chazz in this hand balancing intensive. You will be taught a process, coached through proper position, learn new tools to strengthen your movement and have a plan to work towards a more solid handstand.

Whether you want to work towards a freestanding handstand, or just be more comfortable upside down, this intensive is for you.
