CrossFit Virtuosity now has its very own Running Club! If you’re already a runner, stop running races solo! If you’ve been thinking about hitting the pavement, this is a great time to do it — sign up for your first race and get training and support from us!
Starting Tuesday, October 11th we’ll be offering coached running sessions three days a week covering mechanics to get you from point A to point B, pacing and prep for an upcoming NYC races. Our first “Team Race” will be the NYRR Jingle Bell Jog (4M) on Saturday, December 10th in Prospect Park. Register on your own for the race, but plan on training to run or race with the group! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Be a part of a group and get high…runners high!
Tuesdays 6:30am — intervals/sprints (1 hour)
Thursdays 7:00pm – intervals/sprints (1 hour)
Sundays 10:30am – time trial / pace run (1-2 hours)
All sessions meet at the BBC. Please be prompt as we will usually be walking over to McCarren Park track.
$25/month for existing unlimited CFV members
$50/month for existing 2x or 3x/week CFV members
$100/month for non-members
