Hurricane Schedule Update

We WILL be open for 12:30pm class today, Monday.  Following 12:30pm class we will be closed.  ALL evening classes are CANCELLED.

Tuesday morning 6am, 7am, and 9am classes are cancelled also.  We hope to reopen for 12:30pm class tomorrow.

    I am a weightlifter stranded in Brooklyn. Are you open today? would it be possible for me to come in for a workout? i have my own program.
