Lock In Your Membership Rate!

You may have noticed that we’ve been growing like crazy lately — we have lots of great new members, and things are getting really busy! To keep things running as smoothly as possible, and to provide all of our members with the best experience possible, we’re making a couple changes to membership in September.
First the bad news:
We’re bumping up our prices by $25 for each membership tier (2 classes/week: $150; 3 classes/week: $200; unlimited: $250) effective September 1st. Drop-ins will run $25; class cards $200/10, $450/25.
The good news, in two parts:
1. As an existing member we’re giving you the opportunity to lock in your membership at current rates. Set your membership to auto-renew before the end of September and we’ll give you the rate you have now for as long as you maintain your membership (you may put it on hold for up to a month without losing your rate.) To get set up with autopay, please stop by the office the next time you’re here!
2. We’re moving to a new membership system! This will make it much easier for you to manage your membership online — you’ll be able to easily update your billing information, make payments, and view your attendance at your leisure!
The transition may involve a bit of unfortunate bureaucracy — in particular we will need to collect your billing information again. We appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks!

Are upfront payment discounts no longer being offered?

also if you are already on autopay do you have to do anything?

Bryan: We will still be offering upfront discounts on unlimited membership — 15% off 6 months ($1275,) 20% off a year ($3000 Oops, $2400.)
If you’re an existing member with a multi-month discount, and you set it to auto-renew before the end of September, we will continue to honor your existing rate.

George: if you’re currently on auto-renew, we will need to re-capture your credit card info because for security reasons we weren’t able to transfer it between systems. That’s part of the “unfortunate bureaucracy” to which I was referring — sorry!
