May 5th Running Workshop

Would you like to be a faster, more efficient runner? Avoid common running injuries? Perhaps improve your times on CrossFit workouts like Helen, Nancy, Michael, or Murph? Here’s your opportunity to start work on your running technique!

Please join Coach Meatbag a/k/a Jay Hachadoorian for a 3-hour running workshop Saturday, May 5th. During the workshop you’ll drill correct running technique, and learn how to train most efficiently to maximize cardiovascular fitness, maintain muscle mass, and increase power and speed. Video analysis will be used to review and correct your running mechanics.

Jay has been a running coach for 10 years. He is a USA triathlon level 2 coach, a POSE method and Crossfit Endurance trainer. Jay has coached runners of all abilities for distances ranging from 1 mile to 50 mile trail runs.

This class is suitable for CrossFitters of all shapes, sizes and running ability levels.

    Is this workshop open to non-Crossfitters? I’ve got a few runner friends that I’m really pushing to learn about POSE and change their running shoes.
