Crossfit is an almost perfect system. Our athletes get strong and fit like nobody else.
We face challenges with fierce bravery and embrace the best fitness innovations. We eat clean, sleep well, and generally radiate health & fitness. And yet, there are still some corners that CrossFit just can’t get to.
Yoga and Stretching for Crossfitters is designed to get to those corners and make you an even more badass athlete.
The 2013 Yoga and Stretching Techniques for Crossfitters series will cover:
– Control/Body awareness
– Strength and Static holds
– Breath awareness and meditation
In this Mobility Workshop, Coach Elasti will cover basic yoga moves and static stretches. We will make use of traditional yoga props as well as balls, bands and foam rollers.
This intensive is suitable for CrossFitters of all levels of experience and flexibility. You are welcome to attend whether or not you’ve attended a mobility workshop in the past – all experience levels will benefit!
