A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
Starting on Wednesday 10/3, we will be offering two extra opportunities each week to get back to basics with FUNdamentals: Wednesdays at 8:30PM, and Sundays at noon. Our existing Saturday FUNdamentals class will continue to take place at noon, bringing the complete FUNdamentals schedule to:
- Wednesdays, 8:30pm
- Saturdays, noon
- Sundays, noon
Our FUNdamentals classes are designed to take things a bit more slowly and give you a chance to get really comfortable with the various movements we use most often in CrossFit. This class is perfect for our members fresh out of On Ramp as well as those looking to get some extra practice.
