Schedule Changes February 1st – 2nd

Please note the following changes to our regular class schedule over the weekend of February 1st – 2nd, due to a CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer Course. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Saturday February 1st

  • 10am, 11am, and 12pm Level 1 and Level 2 classes are canceled.
  • 12pm Free Intro class and 1pm Level 1 Test Out class are canceled.
  • 3pm Olympic Weightlifting is rescheduled to 6pm.
  • There will be a CrossFit Level 1 class and a CrossFit Level 2 class at 6pm.
  • Due to rescheduling you don’t need to sign-in for these classes, and they will not be deducted from your membership.

Sunday February 2nd

  • 10am, 11am, and 12pm Level 1 and Level 2 classes are canceled.
  • In order to allow you all to catch the Super Bowl, there will be no evening make-up class. We will post a football inspired workout that you can complete at home!
  • There will be a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2 class and a lifting only Open Gym session at 6pm.  Open Gym will be for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting on the platforms ONLY.  All CrossFit activity must take place in Level 1 or Level 2 class.
  • Due to rescheduling you don’t need to sign-in for these classes, and they will not be deducted from your membership.
