Tuesday, July 4th: 2017 JACINTO STORM

jacintoWe’ll be celebrating July 4th with a traditional “Jacinto Storm”. For those of you who don’t know, Jacinto is an NYC CrossFit legend — the fittest 77-year-old around! He turns 78 on July 3rd; we’ll be completing his birthday WOD on the 4th!

All of our members regardless of level, and non-members who have participated in CrossFit regularly for at least 3 months are welcome to join us for this terrible workout. This is a free event!

If you’ve never experienced the JACINTO STORM before, get ready for some fond memories. Here’s what you’re in for:

For Time:
78 Double-Unders
78 Squats
78 Push-Ups
78 Pull-Ups (or Ring Rows)
78 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14#
78 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg
78 Deadlifts, 95/65#
78 Double-Unders

We will run one giant class for this at 11am. All other classes on July 4th will be cancelled. Weightlifters may lift on the platforms from 11-noon.
