Adventure Race
with Kurt

You signed up for the Tough Mudder (or a similar type race). Not sure how to train for it?

If you’re an adventure-seeker looking to run through an obstacle course scaling walls, dredging through mud, and battling your psyche to the finish line, but don’t want to look bad doing it, then sign up for the Adventure Race Privates!

Coach Kurt will prepare you for any adventure race through a series of ten private sessions. You’ll discuss your training goals, work through a series of CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance workouts, plan your pre-race nutrition, and determine supplemental training efforts. Kurt’s personalized approach to adventure race training will help you perform your best on race day!

Wedding Preparation
with Elizabeth

Engaged? Stressed out with wedding planning? Even more stressed thinking about how to get in shape for your wedding?

Get in the best shape of your life for the biggest day of your life with Wedding Prep, CrossFit Style. Get fitter faster with a wedding prep program tailored specifically to your goals, timeline, and of course, dress.

After an initial consultation, Coach Elizabeth will take you through a series of ten intense workout sessions designed to keep you cut, scratch, bruise, and callous-free. You’ll discuss optimal nutrition strategies complimenting the workouts and helping you meet your wedding day goals. Working with a longer timeline?
