It’s one week to go before C.R.A.S.H.-B’s. That means it’s a back-off week for rowing training. If you’re competing next weekend, take it easy on the rowing. Get in some technique work and light rows. LIft some heavy stuff this week to keep your strength up. Eat well this week (starting after tonight’s Super Bowl party!).
