1. “Death by 10 Meters”
With a continuously running clock row 10 meters the first minute, row 20 meters the second minute, row 30 meters the third minute and so on until you cannot complete the required number of meters in the minute.

2. “Lactate Shuttle”
5 Min on, 2:30 Min off, 6 Min on, 3 Min off, 7 Min on. Done.
Post the meters rowed for each interval.

3. 8 rounds: 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

    I managed to hold on for a full 25 minutes. I narrowly missed hitting 260 meters on the 26th minute.

    Death by 10 Meters: 23 rounds — could have made 24 if I hadn’t wussed out mostly because of dry mouth. Still had at least 10 seconds rest between rounds. Ugh. Need to work on conditioning.

    Timer topped out, but I only had maybe one or two more rounds in me.
