Tuesday 2009.12.08 Intervals

This week’s interval workouts are:

1. Tabata Row for Calories

Set the rower for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest and change the units to calories. Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of rowing with 10 seconds of rest. Your score is the lowest number of calories rowed in any of the 8 eight rounds.

2. 8 x 250m
Rest as much as needed between each interval. All 8 intervals must be within +/- 3sec of the first interval. If you deviate by more than 3 seconds, you must jump off the rower and do 20 burpees before starting your next interval.
