Thursday 2010.02.04 Intervals

Join guest coach Martin Davis on Thursday at 6pm for some technique drills and intervals.

All classes begin with a warm-up and skills portion, conducted inside the gym and then follow with the workout performed outside, weather permitting.

Workout
90 seconds on/90seconds off x 6
Athletes will run at max effort for 90 seconds, with 90 seconds rest
to follow.  Complete 6 rounds and record total distance traveled.

    as i said in the other section, i am a maybe. may do a hill workout closer to home. BUT i will be running. not like juan. lame.

    I got a little bit over 400 meters for each of the intervals, so let’s say 1.7 miles or so it total.
