Thursday 2010.02.25 Intervals

Join Kurt on Thursday at 6pm for some technique drills and intervals.

All classes begin with a warm-up and skills portion, conducted inside the gym and then follow with the workout performed outside, weather permitting.

    We ended up doing 3 rounds of tabata 10 meter shuttle runs instead.

    Round 1: 5
    Round 2: 6
    Round 3: 5

    I’m thinking of doing someting similar to this sometime at the track. Score will be total distance per tabata; emphasis will be keeping the same total for each round. Any thoughts?

    Shuttle runs on a track? Sounds like a recipe for a collision or 4.

    3 rounds of tabata 10m shuttle runs, resting 2min between rounds:

    round 1: 4
    round 2: 4
    round 3: 4

    Only 2 hits on the inhaler! :)

    @emerson not shuttle runs on the track, just 20 seconds all out, rest for 10; that way, your score is total distance rather than your lowest “rounds of 10m shuttle”. Just an interesting variation =)
