The Handstand Push-Up

This month we will focus on the Handstand Push-up. A free-standing handstand push-up is unrivaled for it’s development of core strength, upper body pressing strength, balance, proprioception and it is one of the coolest party tricks around. However, it can take years of practice to develop a free-standing handstand push-up and we want you to be strong now, so we are going to look at a lot of ways that you can start developing handstand push-ups and using them in your workouts.
