Crossfit definitely changed my life. I am a World Class Rugby player and I have never come in contact with a type of workout that has increased my VO2 and anaerobic capacities. Working with Keith doing the Crossfit workouts have certainly propelled me to a higher fitness level. And my flexibility from using the kettlebells has increased pretty rapidly as well. I am grateful that Keith and Crossfit Virtuosity have "crossed" my path.
