To put it simply, Keith is a great person. Since I met him two years ago he has been an invaluable source of training advice as well as a great friend. Not only does he possess great coaching skills (both being able to coach the uncoachable as well as explaining why this works) but he possesses great people skills as well.
Keith brings fun, laughter, and hard work into every one of his classes. He has many methods of pushing you through a grueling workout, either by poking fun of the faces and sounds you make while painfully grinding through one of his great WoDs or by encouraging you to take that one deep breath and blasting through the rest of the workout. Keith knows his stuff and he loves to share it with everyone.
