Keith is not only a great coach and instructor, he is a student of movement and is constantly seeking to improve his own skills. He spends his free time learning from the top coaches in the country (barbell training, gymnastics, etc) and then passes his knowledge onto those athletes lucky enough to train with him. Keith’s passion for virtuosity and mastery of movement is evident and his critical eye and thoughtful coaching create a safe environment that fosters amazing results. My sessions with Keith have been invaluable in helping me achieve my own strength and fitness goals. I urge anyone interested becoming a better athlete to train with Keith.
