I’ve been working two a days on a 3 on / 1 off daily schedule using a paleo based diet. The virtuosity programming’s focus on traditional “goat movements” has forced me to focus on the skills I’m weakest at and I already notice the difference. A week after resolving to get my double under up to par, I’ve already been able to string ~20 double unders in a row using Virtuosity’s programming focusing on this movement in conjunction with main site workouts. Next step… 20 consecutive hand stand pushups. Keep it coming Keith!
