Simply put, the gains I have achieved training with Keith in the last 10 months have greatly surpassed the gains achieved through 5 years of working out at a "big box" gym. Keith's knowledge of fitness, his ability to impart that knowledge of functional fitness to his students, and his motivational ability are second-to-none. Keith has pushed me to lengths I never imagined possible in my fitness life, and he continues to be a catalyst that pushes me further towards even more ambitious pursuits.
