“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Previous score was 323 so pretty pleased with this. Still terrible at situps. Pull ups could have been better – was very close to tearing in the early rounds so I kind of was a puss on ‘em.

50in – w/ 2 steps
Am very happy with the 50in jump. Estimated 50in as no tape measure around – 24in box w/ 7 #45 plates on top. Might have had another plate in me as even with the 7 I was still landing in the middle of the platform…but I was through with the mental games box jumps play on you. Good battle w/ Emily on the box – that girl can jump.
