Practice Front and Back Levers

3 rounds for time:
10 Clapping Push-ups
20 Pull-ups
30 Double Unders

Heavy Metal
Clean
1, 1, 1, 1, 1 rest 3 minutes between sets

3 rounds for time:
10 Push Jerks, 135lbs
20 Pull-ups
30 Double Unders

Hell’s Bells
Complex: Kettlebell Clean + Kettlebell Front Squat
6 rounds:
5 x right side
rest 1 minute
5 x left side
rest 1 minute

3 rounds for time:
10 Push Jerks, 2×50lbs
20 Pull-ups
30 Double Unders

    Morning Events
    1. Max Clean and Jerk
    2. Vertical leap
    3. Max Watts on Concept 2 rower
    A time limit will be given to complete your best score in all three events.

    Two Mile outdoor run (Yes, be prepared to run in the elements, and this is Alaska!)

    Afternoon WOD
    4 rounds for time of:
    6 Chest to bar pull-ups (3 for women)
    6 Ring dips (3 for women)
    500 meter row
    6 135# Thrusters (95# for women)

    Everything looks doable/awesome here. Lets hope the Northeast sectional is as forgiving!

    Just got out of internship, attmepimg to make heavy metal. Might be late but will make up with burpee penalties
