Anyone have a recommended place to get a sports/trigger-point massage?
Massage Williamsburg does some sports massage.
@Max I’ve been very happy with Deep Tissue* at Massage America in Union Square. Specifically Sera-Kim** or Nick is also very good.
*For some reason in massage world “Sports Massage” ends up being a little lamer than “Deep Tissue” (imo) — I think maybe because they spend too much time stretching, which you can probably do on your own before/after/in addition etc.
**Nod to Hulk for finding and aptly describing Sera-Kim as “a lacrosse ball made of human”
