Strength
Hang Power Snatch
3 on the minute for 15 minutes

MetCon
For time:
45 Handstand Push-ups in as few sets as possible
45 Pull-ups in as few sets as possible

Complete all the HSPU before starting the Pull-ups. Record the time and the number of sets to completion.
