Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

500m Row
10 Over Box Burpees
20 Toes to Bar
30 Shoulder to Overhead, 115lbs
40 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg
50 Double Unders

Rest 3 minutes, then
complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of the above.

Rest 3 minutes, then
complete the above workout for time.
