3 rounds for time of:
15 Overhead Squats, 95lbs
15 Burpees
15 Dumbbell Bench Press, 2x50lbs

Heavy Metal
Complex:
5 x 5 Reps each without re-gripping
Deadlift
Hang Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press

3 rounds for time of:
15 Overhead Squats, 95lbs
15 Burpees
15 Dumbbell Bench Press, 2x50lbs

Gym-Nasty
Complex:
Cartwheel
Forward Roll
Burpee

3 rounds for time of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
15 Overhead Squats, PVC
15 Hip Extensions
15 Sit-ups

    Worked up to #135 on the barbell complex. Could have gone heavier, but wanted to save something in the tank for the WOD.

    WOD – 12:04

    #95 OHS, #40 db bench press. Should have not been a pussy and just gone for the #50 pound weights. Would have been a struggle, but I’d have found a way to do it. Tough workout. Good group tonight to WOD with.
