Hey, a newbie but a silent follower here. a quick and kind of a stupid question, regarding the hell’s bells WoD. what is the order of the snatch and squats? do you preform a snatch and squat for 5 reps? or 5 snatches than 5 squats?

five snatches then 5 overhead squATS.
as soon as you get the fifth snatch start your overhead squat.
you can power snatch it, or get under the bar a little bit more, but with the overhead squats- full depth.

It’s as written. You take the dumbbell from the floor to overhead 5 times. Then you do 5 squats while holding the dumbbell over your head. Then you do 5 pullups. Then you switch sides. Rinse and repeat for 20 minutes. It’s fun. Try it.

Snatched up to 135. Finally nailed down some good technique but it was on my 7th snatch. Kept receiving 135 but had trouble
sticking it. Once I got it felt clean and like I could add more weight. Next time.
100 push ups 5:40. Sets of 10 until failure, then 5s, then 2s and 3s.
