    Bench: 3×5 at 195#
    Abs: 4×10 strict Toes to bar
    HS practice: getting better at stationary hold
    Metcon: 8:14 Rx

    Box squats – 7 sets with 185lbs of bar weight + 1 set of chains
    3 sets with 185lbs + 2 sets of chains
    Metcon – 7:29 with 70lb dumbbells
