Death By Pull ups
With a continuously running clock, do one pull up the first minute, two pull ups the second minute, three pull ups the third minute, etc, continuing as long as you are able.

Rest, then
Death by Push Press, 95lbs/65lbs
With a continuously running clock, do one push press the first minute, two push presses the second minute, three push presses the third minute, etc, continuing as long as you are able.
