Workout of the Day
All classes are cancelled except we’re having a Special Labor Day Level 1 & Level 2 combo class at 11am!
Levels 1 & 2
“Fight Gone Bad”
Three rounds, one minute at each station, with one minute rest between rounds of:
Wall Balls, 20lbs
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 75lbs
Box Jump, 20″
Push Press, 75lbs

One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
