The running cert was actually a lot of fun. Aside from a few cramps and some burpees I think I did pretty well today.
I felt better on all the technique drills although by the time we did the WOD my form had totally fallen apart.
I’m looking forward to tomorrow.
Birthday cake and singing was fun too.
