    Did the first 20 straight. Not the best idea as it really gassed me, but I’m happy with my time. Great group this morning – nice push everyone!

    Fun, fun today with the group. 17:36 w/ Anne @ 57lbs. We did 150 reps between us alternating every 5 reps. Sam…….you are my hero! SOOOOO Strong :)
