PLEASE NOTE: Due to the CrossFit Level 1 Certification Seminar, there are weekend schedule changes: today’s 11am class will take place in gorgeous, 72 degree weather at McCarren Park track (just inside the entrance to the park at N12th Street and Roebling Street.) Meet at the track at 11!

Heroes & Sheroes
6 rounds for time:
Run 100 meters
6 burpees
Run 100 meters
3 dumbbell complexes, each arm: snatch, lunge left, lunge right

    Park workout!! 19:03. Subbed 2 squats for every snatch (so 12 squats, 12 lunges each round, unweighted.) Definitely need to work on running!
