Workout of the Day
Fartlek (“Speedplay”)
Athlete will alternate high knees in place and sprinting for the following matching intervals:
1 min
2 min
4 min
2 min
1 min

If athlete stops moving during high knees they must do 10 burpees during sprint phase.
Record total distance covered.
