Announcements!

  • Level 1 Schedule Change! Beginning Monday, April 28th, we will be combining Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm and 8:30pm Level 1 classes and running one 7:30pm class in their place!
  • Did you miss the Spring Paleo Challenge buy-in, but still want to take part? You can make up “Fran” and take before pictures tomorrow at 2pm during Open Gym!
