Come in today at 11am for Open Gym and make up one of this week’s fun workouts, do some rowing intervals or lift something heavy and get strong.

Dave brought the pain again with this week’s sectionals training workout –
8 rounds for time:
8 wall-ball (14#)
8 snatch (75#)
8 overhead squat (75#)
8 handstand push-ups (green+blue+green bands)

Clearly need to work on those HSPUs. Using so many bands was kind of a cop-out since I could do them pretty much unbroken. Still, they got pretty painful on the back 4.
