Open Gym

Come in today at 11am for Open Gym and get pumped before the Super Bowl!

11am we are having Sectionals Training for the 2010 CrossFit Games with CrossFit superstar Dave Lipson of CrossFit Exodus. If you are registered for the Sectionals, then you don’t want to miss this.

It’s one week to go before C.R.A.S.H.-B’s. That means it’s a back-off week for rowing training. If you’re competing next weekend, take it easy on the rowing. Get in some technique work and light rows. LIft some heavy stuff this week to keep your strength up. Eat well this week (starting after tonight’s Super Bowl party!).

    10 clean & jerks, 1 round of cindy

    (cindy = 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)

    I have rarely felt more nauseous during a workout. Yay.
