Open Gym and BBQ
It’s so freakin’ nice out that we’ve decided to throw open the doors, roll out the grill, and cook up some deeelicious burgers ‘n’ things asap!
So stop on by for a workout at 11am, followed by grillin’ and chillin’ from 1pm onwards! Feel free to bring whomsoever might want to tag along. Contributions of the alcoholic variety will not be turned away.

11ish on Freddys Revenge (5 rounds 5 shoudler to overhead 10 burpees). Went #155 and dropped the bar a few times during the workout. Spent too much time staring at the bar. Need to work on my heavy jerks.

16:57 on the chipper. Awesome working with everyone on this one. Everyone was busting ass so there were plenty of lead changes and people to chase. Feel good about it, but need to get tougher mentally so I don’t need to be breaking up sets with the light weight.

Brokenly took part in games training… max clean I could muster was 115# – mostly because I feared further breaking my back by deadlifting it. Most disheartening. Still, getting better for sure. Second workout done with 2×35# dumbbells – 6:52. Burpees way easier than last week. And bastardized version of third workout (subbed rowing for running, hip extensions for kettlebell swings, step-ups for box jumps) — 12:30.
Felt awesome to do a real-ish workout again
