Stop by at 11am to make up any of this week’s workouts, a mainsite workout, a regionals workout, or do your own thing! It’s May and that means it time to start practicing your muscle-ups.

    I teach till 12:15, which means I can never make open gym. :(

    Have a great month of May and early June. I’ll be in California beginning Monday. Hopefully when I return I’ll be super rehabilitatively tricked out after some focused work at SF Crossfit.
