Skill
Hollow/Arch rocks, introduction to Handstands

Metcon
5 rounds for time:
7 hspu on box
7 hollow rocks
7 parallette jumps

Level 2
Metcon
In 10 minutes:
Row 1500m, then
Complete as many KB Swings (32/24kg) as possible in the remaining time

Rest 5 minutes, then

In 5 minutes:
Row 750, then
Complete as many Burpees as possible in the remaining time
