Thanks Keith and Sam! I had a great time today. See you soon. XO!
Oh Yeah,
Diane-7:13
135# DL
45# plate + 10# for about 1/2
(should have stuck with the 45#)
Took it real easy with the deads today and went #135. Really hard to scale back as I want to push myself to the limits. Hopefully my back gets better soon…
HSPU remain on my suck list.
ack, Diane was hard. I went with 185# and the green band for the HSPU. I could have gone to 225# for the deads but I know the HSPU would be brutal so I stuck to 185. I flew through the deads, the 15 and 9 were both unbroken, but the HSPU were horrid. I had a great deal of trouble kicking up into the assisted HSPU.

Hey hommies, going away for the weekend my goal is to gain 20#’s….off to a good start. 2 beers, 1 chocolate milk shake, 1 plate of nachos, 1 chimichanga (spelling), and much more to come….see ya Wednesday
Just reiterating: oh crap.
Substituted 40 lb dumbbell press, each arm for HSPU
8:51
Deadlifts were unbroken.
Hey Keith, I had a great time. Once again, you’ve got a great box.
Diane rx’d 17:xx, should’ve written it down. DL’s unbroken. That was the most hspu’s I’ve ever done, maybe half were really good
I am officially readying to reach the beach!
Start time is tomorrow @ 10am.
Readying? Really? Is that what you call it?

Diane – 8:05
115# Deadlift
Green band for HSPU
(fun to be able to modify those! Although, I agree Sameer…tough to kick up!)
Fun WOD & good handstand practice. See you guys soon!
