Also, apparently drinking a ton of milk before bed does help with DOMS. When I woke up my legs felt significantly less sore.

All swings unbroken. First two rounds of pull ups unbroken, third round 6 and 6. Need to make that last round unbroken next time and pick it up a bit on the runs –> would like to hit sub 9. Thanks for the push everyone.

should have pushed harder on the run, as per usual.
I really wanted to come by today to tackle this on a pull-up bar and with no house to run through, but alas, I have to get home to the kiddo.
Did it at home on Sunday- on our rings: 11:13
First round unbroken. Second and third, kb swings unbroken and 6/6 on pull-ups.
Certain I can crack 10 without doors to open and close and obstacles in the way. Oh, and a bar to cycle through pull-ups faster.
