I bit the bullet and went for some PT this morning.

so far, so good. started on the right shoulder. she said i need to stretch more and do some more stuff to help the stabilization muscles/things.
next week = elbows
pussy! just kidding, take care of those injuries. Man up and know when to scale back on weight or skip a day. You try to push through the pain your just going to prolong it, don’t be an idiot.
